We are looking for an experienced Assessments Administrator who will become part of our team and who will ensure that all assessments processes are in place and running smoothly. In conjunction with the Assessments Team Leader you will be working on various aspects of administrative tasks including Academic Appeals, Mitigating Circumstances, results statistics and etc.
The Assessments team ensure that the college provides a high quality service that meets the requirements of the University, professional bodies and provides a transparent and fair assessment experience to our students.
We are looking for a person who has experience of working within a customer service environment and has excellent interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will have a proven track record in planning and organising their work to enable them to deal calmly and professionally with conflicting priorities. You will be used to handling a demanding workload and will be able to meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines whilst ensuring a meticulous attention to detail.
